We live today is full of hustle bustle and stress. Also, the quick change in climate can lead us to various health problems. We can get away with these problems with the use of our household products. Water is one of the product which is very useful for health. There are many useful tricks of water which can be used.

1. Cucumber water

How to prepare: Peel off the cucumber skin and cut into small pieces. Boil it and drink the   water after it cools down.

2. Cumin seeds (Jeera) water

Cumin seeds has antioxidants, iron, potassium. Regular drinking of jeera water helps in acidity and lose weight.

How to prepare: Soak 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds in a glass of water overnight. Boil the same in the morning. After boiling drink only the water.

3. Turmeric water

Turmeric consists curcumin which helps in food digestion, which helps in getting rid of stomach illness. It also helps in skin problems.

How to prepare: Take a glass of lukewarm water, mix one spoon turmeric powder, half lemon juice and one spoon honey. Drink this water early morning on empty stomach.

4. Rice water

Rice consists of carbohydrates and amino acids. Drinking this will help energize our body and helps in digestion.

How to prepare: Boil the rice with extra water than usual when the rice is fully cooked add extra water and keep it aside. Use it after it cools down.

5. Lemon water

Lemon consists vitamin C which helps building immunity and helps flushing out toxins.

How to prepare: Squeeze one lemon in a glass of water. Boil it for 10 minutes. Lukewarm it and have it on empty stomach.

6. Fenugreek seeds (methi) water

Fenugreek seeds consists anti-inflammatory properties and amino acids. Drinking regular will help in diabetes and heart disease.

How to prepare: Soak fenugreek seeds in one cup of water overnight and drink the water next morning on empty stomach.

7. Honey water

Honey acts as an antibiotic. Drinking honey water helps to cure cough and cold, viral infection and helps in losing weight.

How to prepare: Take a glass of lukewarm water and add one spoon honey and lemon juice and drink it on empty stomach every morning.

8. Rose water

Rose water contains anti-inflammatory properties which helps for skin infection and oily skin problems.

How to prepare: Clean rose petals with water. Boil them for 10 minutes on low flame. Have the water after 15 minutes.

9.Liquorice (Mulethi) water

Liquorice consists expectorant, demulcent, anti-inflammatory, anti-ulcer, laxative, antiviral, antifungal, antibacterial, antioxidant and anti-tumour properties. It is useful for digestive ailments, respiratory infections, canker sores, protects liver, weight reduction, oral health.

How to prepare: In one glass of lukewarm water mix one teaspoon liquorice powder. Drink this every morning.

10. Fennel seeds water

Consists of nutrients like copper, iron, calcium, potassium. Drinking this water helps in cleaning stomach and helps in oral hygiene.

How to prepare: In a glass of water boil fennel seeds and boil it. Lukewarm the water and drink.
