Here are some home remedies that you can try.

1. Citrus Fruits


As mentioned above, one of main reasons cause bleeding gums is inadequate of vitamin C. Make sure to provide your body with enough vitamin C in-take by any means. If it is not included in the meals, you can eat some rich-in vitamin C fruits and juice such as lemon, orange and some other types of vegetable like broccoli, cabbage.
